We want you to love your Brezio fan. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@brezio.us with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll send you a return authorisation and instructions within 1–2 business days.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@brezio.us with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no need to return the item.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, damaged by misuse, or returned without prior authorisation are not eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different colour. Simply return your item and place a new order, or contact us and we'll assist you directly.
